Bishop Butler is the founder of the Cornerstone Pentecostal Church, which he established in September 1972. He was appointed and consecrated to the office of Bishop in 1999. Bishop is a man after God’s own heart and is truly a man of faith. He preaches the word of God without compromising. Bishop is a visionary and a dynamic leader.
